Wonderful stuff
As a repeat customer, I am always happy and grateful for Run Chicken. My flock loves the automatic feeder as well as the automatic chicken door, and I love having peace of mind that my pets will be taken care of by a reliable product. Their support team is amazing and is always happy to answer any questions I have. Great business, great service, can’t say enough about my satisfaction.

Programming
Was having programming issues and customer service was back to me right away. Resolved the issue (probably customer error) and the door is working perfectly.

Great customer service
customer service was very responsive and offered a 30% discount, even though the broken part was over a year beyond the warranty period.

Fast shipping
Online shopping is a breeze, shipping was very fast. 10/10 experience. Haven’t used yet; coop will be put together at the end of the month. Will update review once I use it

Top Notch Service
I ordered a door over the summer and have had two separate instances where it stopped working. Both times I reached out to customer service by email. I received a response within a day. Each time they gave tips on problem solving and I was able to fix the issue within a day or two. I am NOT good at fixing things, so being able to figure both issues out with from directions in an email is a testament to how descriptive and easy to understand the instructions were. I would recommend this produce to any chicken owner. Also, both times the issue was related to a battery problem or something blocking the track, not the actual door.

This is a good product
This is a good product! The door is well sized and programmed as the instructions said. It is a little cantankerous when I use the button to open and close (rather than the scheduled times)

Great customer service and product
Great customer service for questions before I referred and after. Door works as expected, contrary to previous cheaper door we have tried. And it actually does have the safety feature to not hurt our not as smart hens!

Door was freezing shut
Door was freezing shut. Customer service provided a number of options...1st one worked. Reps checked in on their own to make sure I had a working solution... that's remarkable. Only recommendations I have: 1. Provide brand and spec details for a lubricant that's available in a small bottle vs. 1 liter+ size. 2. Post these tips online so users don't need to reach out for support. : )
