Eternal BT
I purchased the Eternal BT in grey a month ago to replace another brand that I bought when I built the coop. The other brand started messing up after a month. I like the Bluetooth to my phone for setting it up. It sure it better than trying to read the display on the other. We have not had any problems with the door not opening or closing. The Run-Chicken door has worked as advertised. This door is working well.

I'm very happy with my new auto close…
I'm very happy with my new auto close chicken door. No more going out in the dark to lock up my girls. No more weasel killings! I sleep better knowing they are safe at night.

Had a little trouble with the bluetooth…
Had a little trouble with the bluetooth on my auto feeder 80bt. Sent an email to Run-chicken for assistance. Received a responce within hours. Tried the fix they recommended and the feeder worked perfectly. The very quick response is refreshing. The next day they sent me an email to make sure all was good. Outstanding help and great customer service. Other companies should use this as an example!!

Terrible (period)
terrible customer service - zero insight. super vague generic responses. package was lost——took over a month to receive. will never do business with yall again

Flexibility

Great customer service and quality product
Got my Run-Chicken door from Amazon and couldn’t get programming to come up on app and Bluetooth didn’t respond. After a couple of emails got it figured out and working good. So far works like a charm. Last auto door was not even a year old but plastic rollup door was destroyed when raptors pushed past it and it came apart. Run-Chicken much better quality on this Eternal door.
