The buying experience, website, shipping etc were absolutely perfect. The product design is very neat and attractive, and it does feel fairly robust. I have only had it for one month but so far operation has been flawless. Improvements I would respectfully suggest is that the door is slightly small (although all hens and roosters use it without issue) and the finish is already starting to wear off a small section at the bottom of the door track where the birds walk in and out. We will see how the unit holds up over time. So far I would recommend this door and if it stays functioning this way for years I will be impressed.

I love the automatic chicken door! It was easy to install and is opening and closing each day. Makes my life much easier!

Door was great at first. But after a few hours of opening and setting up the manual setting stopped working. It now only works on solar, which is fine except when there’s a big rain storm and no way to close the door. Email for help or a replacement and never heard back.

My girls and I are thrilled with this door! Everything it says it would be! Watch for the 50% of sales!

Bought this automatic door about a month ago and I absolutely love it so far. Opens and closes at a reasonable hour but can be adjusted to your preference. Haven’t had an issue with battery yet but also haven’t had it that long. I would highly recommend.

This is the best door I have been able to find. I bought one and thought for the second area I would go with a cheaper competitor company to save money. The cheaper door stopped working after a few weeks and could find no way to contact the company. When my run chicken door was only opening halfway and emailed customer service they emailed back within 2 hours and gave suggestions. Even followed up to make sure it was working properly. Bought another one of these to replace the bad one. Definitely gonna stay using this product as long as I have chickens

The door I received worked for a few weeks, and then needed constant battery replacement. I have changed the batteries 3 times in 4 months. The product does not work anymore. Very disappointed.
