Nice product No problems so far (3 weeks) Pricey but hopefully it will last!

This door is really nice. Our chicken house is a little far from our house so in bad weather it is a trip to open and close their door. So this is really nice for them. Also when we are not available they will still be able to go outside. I like that it is aluminum so no animal can get in.

It came with a booklet that was easy to follow and it worked as expected.

I recently purchased a Run-Chicken door and I love it! Ordering was easy and shipping was prompt. The instructions came with photos for easy installation. The door opens and closes as advertised. It has been working on cold, rainy and foggy days. It was a little pricey so I hope it lasts a long time. So far my best investment!

I bought a model T-50 door 10 months ago and it worked fabulously. Then it stopped. I contacted Run Chicken and they were excellent to work with. They sent me a replacement drive unit and shipped it asap. They stand behind their products and are easy to work with. I recommend Run Chicken 5 stars!!!

The size of the door is perfect for the hens to jump through. It's light in weight. Ive found that programming the door has to be done frequently after the initial set up and even uninstalling the app and starting fresh helps for the week or two. Thankfully i have cameras to monitor activity and if the door opens, worse case scenario i have to go open the door myself. I love the red door on my grey shed, it really pops. I wish it could be wifi controlled.
