Outstanding quality and customer service
I received my Run Chicken door today. You can see the quality right out of the box. I ordered directly from their website to receive the promotional discount they were offering. I noticed a few days later an additional charge for $4.86 with the transaction stating it was for the purchase of the door. I reached out to my bank and Run Chicken customer support at the same time. My bank notified me the charge actually stemmed from Mastercard for a foreign transaction fee. I let the Run Chicken customer service representative know this, and apologized for the confusion. Within 30 minutes Run Chicken reached back out to me to let me know they were going to credit me the $4.86 even though it was not their fault! This to me shows clearly the high standards and value this company has. It was not in anyway a fault of theirs yet they put it on themselves to make it right. The outstanding customer service and product quality tells me clearly this is a company you want to do repeat business with, which is exactly what I intend to do now. Thank you Mark for your help, kindness, and understanding!

Easy to install and works great with…
Easy to install and works great with the default programming. I was not able to configure with the app some different opening-closing times. Will eventually try again.

Excellent customer service and very…
Excellent customer service and very quick response to emails. Only issue was website prices in US dollars even though it registered I was in Australia. The purchase ended up being more expensive than I expected and the invoice did not match the purchase price. However this was taken care of very promptly and sufficiently. I am very happy with my purchase.
