We recently experienced a short time…
We recently experienced a short time when our automated chicken door would t open due to extreme cold weather. After trying several remedies we thought would work, we decided to reach out to customer service. We received a reply AND several solutions to our problem - it worked!! Our ladies are very happy again and can get back out in the snow to “play”! Thank you for your quick and thorough solution!

Reliable coop door
Reliable coop door. Chicken math has his hard resulting in three coops to house my growing army of chickens and ducks. My original coop has my first Run-Chicken door on it, it has been on the coop for well over a year and worked perfectly. My second coop (the quack shack) has another Brad automatic door on it, it tends to get rocks in the track at least once a week. So when I built my third coop this spring the Run-Chicken door was the obvious choice.

It's dependable. No more getting up early in the frigid cold to let the chickens out of the coop and going out in the dark at night to shut the door. Love it!

Free Shipping is a SCAM!
Ordered very expensive auto door and had free shipping. Two days later DHL wants me to pay $21.88 to ship. Sent numerous emails to RunChicken regarding this. They said to pay the $21.88 and they would reimburse me. I paid it but was NEVER reimbursed! I've sent emails but no response. I will never order from this company again!
