Mega professional support for a fairly simple product like this chicken flap. The chicken flap has been in our company for 3 years and has always worked perfectly. Unfortunately it is currently defective and I have ordered a new one. The professional support and possible troubleshooting alone convinced me. Thanks and keep it up.

Our door stopped working to due water ingress a few weeks after the warranty expired so I contacted Run-Chicken to see if there was anything they could do to help. Luka was very knowledgeable and gave me many suggestions to get it working again and when none of them worked he offered me a discount on a replacement motor, which was gratefully accepted. This is an excellent product compared to previous doors we’ve had and we have had excellent customer service. I highly recommend Run-Chicken to keep your birds safe and able to let themselves out when dawn is very early. 🐓 🐓

This chicken door is the best! i can go away for a few days knowing the little fluff balls will be safe from nightly intruders. It went for 9 months with 1 set of batteries & probably would have gone way longer but I changed them just to be safe. Also their customer service is pretty amazing and really cares about their product and customer satisfaction. they got back to me super quick with any questions I had and checked in on me a few times to make sure everything was perfect. Rare to find a business like that these days. there are plenty of knockoffs of this product on amazon but I would only trust & buy the real Run-Chicken doors with my flock.

Haven't been able to install yet but purchased by all the great reviews. How ever it eas shipped and delivered before the promised date.

Was looking forward to getting this chicken door---what a piece of garbage. Would not program right out of the box! Run Chicken didn't even offer me a replacement, they wanted me to get with tech support (via email), as they don't have anyone you can talk to!! They also wanted me to take pictures. What a crock of crap! Buyer beware! If this thing doesn't work, you're on your own. I put in a claim through PayPal. We will see what happens. Update:. Read Run Chickens response to me below. This is exactly what I said in my review. Buy elsewhere where they will give you a replacement unit if it is defective, and not make you jump through hoops if you receive a defective unit.

Chicken-Run Solar door is a life-saver (literally). We have lots of prey hunters (coyote, opossom, racoons) that would love to get at our chickens when the sun goes down. But with this automatic door, we feel confident they are safe and secure in the coop each evening at sundown. Also, since we do not have electricity to the coop, the solar panel is perfect for us.

Easy to set up and install

I have absolutely no complaints. The packaging, the instructions, and the product--all great quality. Easy to install and working really well. Thanks so much!
