I really enjoyed my session i felt like maybe this may help me alot.

The therapist made me feel safe and welcome to explore my feelings. That’s not easy for me. This is why I gave a five. She’s very warm and seems to genuinely care.

The approach and execution has been very helpful for what I’ve been seeking.

Therapist was easy to talk to right away. I had some anxiety at first, but it disappeared. She asked good questions for clarity and for assessment. I will continue with this Therapist.

It's hard to find a good person to talk to. Rula had good profiles set up for each provider. I'm very particular about punctuality for appointments. My provider was ready before I was. She was also an amazing listener and by the time we were done I felt like everything just fell off. I don't write reviews often. I'm extremely impressed and looking forward to this process with them. They first step is always the hardest. My provider made it seem like I was missing out.... it was so easy and productive.
