On our first session, Cynthia made me feel comfortable. She asked appropriate questioned, listened to me, and seemed to understand me quickly. A few of her comments really stuck with me and have made my anxiety lessen, for which I am grateful.

My therapist Alma is perfect for me. She’s mature, knowledgeable, experienced, and has a good sense of humor. She is helping me a lot with C-PTSD, GAD, and TRD.
