I didn't feel as nervous as I thought I would
I was honestly surprised that I felt immediately at ease w my therapist. It was also very easy to find someone and schedule an appointment.

Found a really great therapist
Found a really great therapist, paid via insurance, on Rula in August 2024 and haven't stopped seeing her. She's really helped me process a devastating life experience, the trauma of two years of abuse, and how to reset my life since leaving that situation.
