Rula is convenient and my therapist and psychiatrist are amazing. I have been able to consistently see the same care team, which was not my experience on other platforms. They actively listen and create realistic action plans to help me. The best part is they accept my insurance, so no high monthly costs.

Overall good experience; very convenient, both schedule and location (teleconference). Literally the only negative was the impetuous reminder notifications and actually getting into the sessions. 2-3 reminders in the same week is not necessary, and in fact caused a bit of stress. Then having to find the email, click the link, go back to my email, then being able to get in is awfully clunky. Either an app or a streamlined access process would help.

First was the cost. Second Tom my therapist is awesome. Third I was and am engaged in making changes in my life.

My therapist is great and I feel very comfortable to talk with him.

It has taken a couple therapists to get where I am, but I am currently satisfied with my therapists.

Everyone that I’ve come into contact with through Rula has been nice and professional. There was one experience with a provider that didn’t show up to the appointment, but I was able to switch easily!
