THIS IS A SCAM, DO NOT PUT YOUR CARD INFO IN THEIR SYSTEM. I signed up for Rula with high hopes. I was quoted $30-$50 per session with insurance. I input insurance info and scheduled an appointment. When I went to confirm my appointment the day before it was scheduled, it showed a new quote of $150 per session. I cancelled the appointment and was charged $99 for cancellation. I went to delete my account and there’s no way to do so unless you reach out to customer service and they do it for you.

I have repeatedly tried to schedule an appointment and all links once opened say expired. The site repeatedly while filling out my name and email will stop running and says timed out. When reaching out to support they just ignore the issue and cancel the appointments. The way they conduct things and spam my phone and email to make another appointment makes me believe this is a scam page. Unfortunately they are the recommended site for my insurance. Finally got an appointment set currently waiting on zoom appt was set to start over 30min ago. I am now almost certain this is a scam.

Horrible therapist back in 2024 I only now have the courage to speak up and didn’t help and then charged me a ton of money :(

Quite literally the WORST experience I have ever had with therapy in my entire life. 80% of my appointments have been rescheduled, cancelled or have had tech issues. They should be ashamed of working in the mental health industry and providing such horrible, unreliable service to their paying clients.

Rula bills in lump sums and doesn't provide itemized receipts for the lumped sums. They provide super bills with authorization codes but don't explain that to patients until they've called 5 times and sent 9 emails. But scheduling is very easy and most of the therapists are really good

The absolute worst for people who live in areas were the weather is bad. I switched from better help which was an absolute mistake.. I missed my first session since using them for months now. We had a bad storm and the power went out for a couple hours which caused me to not be able to log on. Mind you first appointment this happens to. And what do you know? No one time courtesy no nothing. $150 are you Kidding me???? Then with no information as to wear the the other 150$ came from so now I have a balance of 260$ ? Yall can kiss it. This is the reason why suicide rates are so high. No one is here for help. All they want is your money just like everything else in America. I hate America and this reminds me why. Closing my accounts and no longer using this serivce. At least with better help it was $15 that’s affordable not no $150 for missing a 30 min session are you serious?

Bait and switch. I used the search filter to find in person sessions. It returned 3 results, labled at the top of the page as "In person" but all three were therapists doing video only. Then I searched one of the suggested providers on Psycology Today where is said she offered both in person and telehealth, but the profile was managed by Rula. When I contacted to ask how I could schedule in person.They simply said that the Psychology Today information was out of date, even though they managed that information. Waste of time to offer searches for services they don't actually have. Would have been better to be honest and say they don't have any providers in my area for in person rather than giving results for services that did not match my search.

Rula is a scam. Yes, they have real therapists, real psychiatrists. However, they lie about the cost up front. Lie about what insurance is covering and basically over the span of a month, have charged me over $500 with no clue on why. Oh, check with your insurance. Something has to do with your insurance. We charge as for what insurance tells us to. We know it's stressful to see extra charges....blah blah blah. Then, how did it go from 30 to 60 dollars to $90 TO 99TO 258???, this is insanity. 2 appointments and 1 missed appointment and $500-600??
