I am a Kaiser employee and they only provide appointment during regular business hours. I'm sure many of us don't have the flexibility to step away from our jobs one hour each week. I'm so glad they partnered with RULA to provide ease of care, consistency. I am very blessed to have found a phenomenal provider, ALEKSANDER MARIC! He provides insight, support, guidance, a safe vulnerable environment to reflect, learn and grow. We always end with strategies and goals to work on through the week, it's tangible! It cultivates repair and movement forward. We have been able to do so much work in a short time frame. I feel the shift within myself and my children and extended family has noticed, also. Thank you, Rula team, for providing the framework of supportive care and Alex for deep compassion, guidance and empowering growth.

Rula is extremely easy to use and you are in complete control from the start. You choose who you are comfortable with speaking to and when your appointments are. So far I am very pleased with my experience.

Renee Bond has provided excellent therapy service. I am learning so much about myself and finding hope for my future.

I've just started with the new therapist with about 3 sessions in & i will say that they have all been wonderful. A lot of things that was said, asked, & suggested is definitely something I need and/or needed to hear or do. I am going to continue this until everything that I've learned becomes 2nd nature in my life. I have had therapy before but I didn't get far. I know this time I will. It has helped me so far along the way to finally start doing things differently & thinking better in situations. I love the homework given & i love the way my therapist analyzes things for me. I no longer want to do things my way but have an alternative way of thinking, listening, approaching, discussing, & communicating. Building & setting boundaries & values & knowing my worth. Pushing forward to a healthier life & lifestyle with my therapist at Rula.

My provider was amazing! She spent the full hour getting to know me and helping me problem-solve! Scheduling and connecting via Zoom were easy.
