Easy to make an appointment, scheduler very helpful and polite and therapist very nice and sweet

Jeff's profile was impressive and knowing my therapist is Christian is very important to me. It's difficult to pick a therapist at random, however I am pleased with how my sessions with him are going .

Making an appointment with a practitioner skilled in the specific treatment I was looking for was fairly simple. I appreciate the diversity available to me as well- working with a practitioner who can more easily relate to my lived experience has been an essential part of effective treatment.

I was nervous about telehealth. But it was very easy to access with Rula. The log in and meeting interface is simple to use and understand. Scheduling is easy and they have a lot of options, like weekends and after hours. Plus I really like the therapist I am working with. There were options so I got to find someone that I enjoy working with.

The experience is understanding my feelings and coaching and routing me to continue on.
