Rula has great customer service that always seems to help. Picking a therapist is easy to navigate & they have very professional & knowledgeable therapists & they really do help.

I’ve just had my first experience with Rula and it was great! I’d not normally have chosen this type of format to choose a healthcare provider but, it so happens that Rula was used by the referred specialist. I’m so glad I now know of it. I loved the easy scheduling, the many options for preferences, and that I could find a provider to fit my timelines.

Great connection with therapist.

I was reluctant at first to get a therapist to from Rula because they were outsourced from Kaiser. However, I was really going through some tough times so I was wanting to give it a try and so happy that I did. My therapist and I have been working together now for maybe almost 2 years and she has helped me through some very dark times. I always feel better after speaking with her. Rula definitely has top notch therapists and grateful that I found mine.
