This is a convenient way to attend therapy in the comfort of your own home. It is flexible and reliable. I have a good rapport with my therapist.

The initial counselor had to cancel the first few appointments and we had never met. Rula detected that and suggested we find a new counselor. We had our first appointment with Joel and he seems great. I'm deducting one star because I'm receiving a ton of surveys regarding my mental health. I've completed each of them because I've been scheduled with 3 different people so I figured they needed them but couldn't they have been shared if they are ask using the same system?

I like that the therapist stayed diligent in contacting me I like that he excepts my insurance but rula need to get on tract with ins cause they except my insurance when they said that they do no mt take blue cross blue sheild.

I believe my therapist really gets me. She is using creative measures to get me to a better place.

The company it self hasn’t done a whole lot.. But the Therapist is great! Valerie Pressley is a great listener and I get a head full of garbage… She helps me sort thru it… I’ve only had 3 sessions and she is A God believer, just like me, but I have no patience and she is trying to teach me h me how to be patient on God and let him do his work…. Amen

My daughter and I both have therapists that listen attentively and we feel comfortable with them. We picked them on the first go-around which was nice!

I didn’t much about Rula but now I’m a little firmer .
