Heidi listens and gives affective feedback based on her assessment of the situation. She has a soft disposition and checks in to make it known our session is a safe place. When she gives feedback it is given as an observation of a pattern or theme then she gives you strategies to work on until the next session.

My counselor mister bush is absolutely amazing.He's a straight shooter, doesn't hold any punches. It's a delicate dance where you pick a provider and that all providers are suited for patients. For me, mister bush was one hundred percent.What I needed. Here's a father figure when there was none.He was a friend when there was none.He was an ally when there was none.And he held my foot to the fire would need be and was delicate near as when I needed that as well. He is my peter in a biblical sense

The therapist was friendly polite and professional. She was easy to talk to and very helpful. I felt very comfortable with her. Made progress by my 2nd session. Very satisfied and looking forward to coming sessions and progress.

I found myself in great need of help after an abusive relationship and horrific breakup. A bit more than the typical talk therapy. I found my psychologist, a man. I was a bit worried but I gave it a go. I couldn't have made a better choice. Compassionate, knowledgeable, willing to help and for the first time in 3 years I felt seen and my feelings validated. I can't describe how much lighter I felt after the appointment. I have hope now that I may eventually get to be a regular person again.

The Rula site is easy to navigate. I've never used telehealth previously. When I was unsure & needed an answer, the response was almost immediate. The patient portal allows me to send & receive messages with my therapist directly. Honestly I'm happy so far with my personal experience.
