RulaReviews of rula.com

My daughter 11 really enjoys Rula. We love the ease of making appointments and finding a great therapist!

I’m just very happy with being able to work with them.

This site made it very easy for me to choose a therapist. I was able to narrow it down to a style I wanted to work with. This is my first experience with any sort of therapy. This site made things very simple and I was not overwhelmed. They checked my insurance to tell me what my copay was going to be ahead of time so no surprises.

Great listener, understood what im working on and how that helps her in her evaluation.

Rula is accessible, affordable, and easy to use. I was able to find a therapist that works for my needs and schedule and we have built a great therapeutic relationship meeting via Zoom.

Cindy listened to me and validated my feelings, reminded me to use the EFT tool that I learnt years ago and to journal.

Rula helps you find a therapist you feel comfortable with and works with your schedule. Meeting from the comfort of my home is a plus, via telehealth. My therapist listens to me and helps me find ways to cope with my anxiety. I would totally recommend Rula and give them a 10.

I didn't want therapy. I didn't trust it plus I had been in therapy off and on for many years with either no results, bad results or trauma. Sabrina helped me in so many ways. I would highly recommend you be open to try it.
