How do they justify a $99 no show fee? Kaiser does not charge that. It's crazy. The therapist was great (only reason they got 3 starts), the back end/front of house support is poor, they just report policy and don't payattantion to what you are saying.

I think it's hard to utilize the app as you must wait for a link to sign in, is not as user friendly as it could be with an app. Messaging providers and updating appointments must utilize this process and our appointment earlier this month had a miscommunication error which ended up in a rescheduling of the appointment to yesterday.

Ease of finding a provider, scheduling, virtual appointment links. My pre-consultation information was not shared with the provider prior to the appointment or she did not review it, so the lack of briefing was a huge missed opportunity for this type of service.

It is difficult to find a therapist. If you do find one you are thinking about you can't navigate away from the page because the therapist could disappear forever from your choices. There should be an option to search by name. There should also be better filters. For example you should be able to filter if you want a clinical counselor or licensed therapist. You should also be able to remove a therapist without replacing them. What if I just want to remove my therapist but I am not ready for a new one? With the limited ability on the patient portal it puts a lot of pressure on a person to pick a therapist they might not want. Talking to someone on the phone does not improve the experience. In my experience it actually makes things even worse. I had to set up an entirely new account for myself linked to a different email because every time I would schedule an appointment they would cancel my son's. Now they have managed to make it so I cannot connect my son's account online at all. In speaking with them in person they have also scheduled appointments with therapists when the therapist already had an appointment booked, wasting both mine and the therapists time.

Not great at letting you find help that matches the expertise needed. All the providers select pretty much all issues so it’s hard to figure out what they actually specialize in until you speak with them. Some might have just done some service work at some point during education and then they list as a “speciality”. If you’re not struggling with a chronic issue and just need someone to talk to Rula works fine.

I had problems with scheduling. The therapist changed the time and rula wouldn't change it. I had to make contact to fix it and that was annoying. Another thing that I Didn't like is that once I picked the therapist, I wasn't able to see other therapists profile anymore. And as a suggestion, it would be nice to be able to filter the therapists by approach or key words. I would have loved to find the therapist without having to read every single profile
