Ease of access

Very easy to navigate, clear prompts, dashboard is helpful with tabs for appointments, messages, billing, insurance, care team, profile, and help center. Your appointments are detailed with providers name, date/time. and location. You can also allow text notifications which is a great reminder. Thanks for making this so easy!

It’s been comforting, and insightful to work with my therapist the past few weeks.

I started using Rula so I could start therapy again without driving for hours. My expectations were low, but Rula delivered the therapy experience I have always wanted. My therapist has helped me more in the first few months than last therapist in a year and a half. She is attentive, is willing to pivot if something isn't working, and doesn't let me get away with things. We have developed so many tools that are fun and creative and I actually use them. She understands me well and works with me as an individual rather than just trying one size fits all methods. As for Rula itself, I haven't had any problems with the company or website. It is easy to use and I love being able choose the days and times I need and that I can easily reschedule or cancel if I need to.

My experience was great on 7/9 With Riah Skrinnik. She is highly skilled and incorporating EMDR has increase my awareness and moving closer to healing areas of my life that had been avoided. Rula is a great platform to find, schedule and find a good fit. The company makes it easy to navigate finding a good fit, asking questions, and available resources as well as messages to provider. I would recommend using this platform to find a therapist. They have the option of in person and on line.

From the start it was easy to set up. Had ONE session with my therapist and she said something to me that blew my mind. I would have never expected to be so enlightened from one session. She’s great and the platform is easy to use. I love how they have automatic scheduling that takes the hassle out of everything.

RULA has made my returning to my previous therapist very easy. I was scheduled to see my therapist in a timely manner & recurrent follow up appointments were made right away.

This is a very transparent company. When the first therapist did not feel they could meet my needs they found someone who could without any trouble. It was awesome. Also easy scheduling
