I’m being wrongly charged for their mess up
The link I received did work, so I tried MULTIPLE times to join the session and to get ahold of Path Support and my therapist and got no response. Tried for over a half hour. Now I’m being charged for a no show and Path wants a screen shot that the link didn’t work as “proof”?! I would’ve gladly taken a screenshot had I known it would be needed. This is joke and absolutely ridiculous.

They auto-schedule appointments without…
They auto-schedule appointments without your consent and then charge your credit card exorbitant fees. First-class scam. There's no customer service. You are routed to someone in the world who has no understanding of any ethics. UNETHICAL.
