Rula employs bad business practices
Rula employs bad business practices by auto-scheduling re-occurring therapy sessions without consent nor confirmation. On top of that, they charge $99 for missed sessions you did not want. Support claims that the sessions were scheduled on behalf of the patient by the provider and that Rula sending you an email is sufficient confirmation of the appointment. This is malpractice. Very disappointing.
