Ease of scheduling, locating a therapist and billing.

This is my first time in therapy. I was a little worried how it will go but it was strongly suggested by my eval team from Kaiser. Its suppose to be 20 bucks a session due to my health insurance but due to my severity I get it free 🏋️‍♀️. Everyone has been so kind to me. Im grateful I clicked with the dirst professional I was given. Before the session start they let me know I can change my therapist at any time. I mostly use their website and everything you need is perfectly labeled. If you need help there is a service line that can explain it. The sessions are over zoom but the raw information is on the website or app. They do surveys on how you feel before your session starts. It takes no more than 3 to 5min. (The first one you do is super long because it's your first meeting so its more specificquestions). It doesn't hurt to give it a shot. If you don't like your therapist just ask for a new one. Everyone there is there for your health and wellbeing. They just want to help you but you have to be open and honest or you won't get the help that you actually need.

Using Rula to find and match with my therapist was easy and stressless. I also appreciated the consistent and frequent upcoming appointment reminders.
