It was easy to sign up and to choose a therapist.

My therapist is warm and friendly, understands my experiences in life has not always been easy. I am given good advise to move forward and to not feel bad about myself.

Rula is by far the best virtual therapy platform I have ever used! Also, if you have been in therapy, you know finding a therapist that you connect with is not always easy. I've had 3 others, not on Rula. I am beyond grateful that I decided to work with Chad. He is amazing, easy to talk to, his methods are effective, and for the first time, I feel like I am making real progress. I would definitely recommend.

It’s been easy to schedule a therapist and they came up with an action plan to help me on the first visit. Also provided some resources in case I needed extra help, and the communication has been pretty quick so far
