It wasn’t very helpful. The therapist said because I had nothing to talk about in one session then I met my goal and we could end therapy. We only did 3 sessions.

Your system kept shutting down in my last session. It took time away from my appt.

My therapist is fine. No complaints. My issue is with the lack of technical support. Since Rula requires the use of Zoom to conduct sessions, what happens when things go wrong? I tried contacting Rula customer support but no one, including a supervisor, was able to assist me with my issue. I was advised to contact Zoom for support. + This is not good customer service. If Zoom was my alternative for support, Rula should have provided a link for support at Zoom, paid for by Rula. I was eventually able to find a Zoom test meeting site, Rula should have at the least provided that link.

The session went smoothly, and I have great respect and admiration for my therapist. What is annoying is the long, long list of questions I have to answer on the Rula site before joining the therapy session. These questions are obnoxious and invasive.

Love the therapist however making app are difficult. In order for me to reach out to therapist I need to always ask for a link. Instead of letting me go on line and do it myself. There should also be a way to reach out to provider if needed. Just difficult to stay in communication

I don't like how I have to go through so many steps to get ahold of and schedule visits with my Psychologist who prescribes medication. There should be a direct line of contact. I also don't like the billing process. There should be a cap on how much can be billed per month I.e. $125.00 due to any appointment a week and maybe a psych video visit. It causes undue hardships when billing is held up. This has created 2 major problems for me this year. As I'm already dealing with anxiety and depression it only exacerbates my condition. My bank now thinks you are a fraud account and put a hold on my account and closed my previous debit card. Also billing information is not clearly itemized and is hard to decipher and find on the Rula site.

The connection had good service on both mobile devices and the video connection was so poor that it was hard to stay focused on the session

The interface is pretty simple and user-friendly, but the filters are tricky to use. Specifically, I'm not able to search for providers who identify as LGBTQ. I have to search for providers who are "LGBTQ aligned" and read their profiles to guess if they are queer themselves. With the gender filters, I'm only able to select one gender identity, when it would be most helpful to me to be able to select several, like female, nonbinary, and trans. All in all, it would be great if we could select as many specifiers as we want, and be able to know if a provider is queer or not.
