People have vastly different experiences finding and working with therapists, and Rula is one of the places that is making that process simpler. They take my health insurance, and I’ve never had an issue with coverage. They have a zillion therapists to choose from, and you can see their specialties and sensitivities when you’re shopping around. If you don’t get it right the first time or five, switching therapists is a supremely simple process. And it just happens that the best therapist ever (mine) is on here, so it must be great.

I love the therapist I found through Rula. It's an easy-to-use app. You login through a secure portal on zoom and receive a reminder prior. The support team is also very helpful
