I love my Rula therapist and psychiatrist. I have tried BetterHelp and Talkspace in the past and found Rula's provider quality is far better

Allows me to feel in control of my therapy
From the outset, I loved that I was able to select my own therapist based on individual bios provided to me. I am so happy with my match, and I've appreciated the work with my therapist ever since. I also appreciate that I can meet with her on Zoom, which surprisingly feels just as intimate as in-person sessions.
