Therapy has had a pretty big impact on my mental, emotional and spiritual wellness. My Therapist Michelle is Top Tier and you all provide a platform that is seamless and easy for us to connect.

I've been working with Don for nearly a year and when we started I was an abusive wife. I yelled and was hateful. I started having self harming thoughts and feeling like I had no way out of the hole I was in. After doing CbT with him I am no longer an angry person. I have developed boundaries with other people that allow me to live a more free life and could never thank him enough.
