Having the choice of clinician I wanted to work with then getting started was so easy! I was able to set the search filter for the qualities and qualifications I wanted in a clinician. To my surprise there were several clinicians to chose from. My clinicians clearly know what they are doing and do it well. I'm confident in their experience and expertise. It's been 4 months and I'm making the progress I want. Also, Rula's customer service is helpful, fast, and they follow-up to make sure it's resolved. I had trouble with the portal and they gave me several options to get help to figure it out. I was impressed by how responsive they were. I never felt like I was given the run around. Then when my pharmacy gave me issues with a prescription, Rula handled it for me. It was resolved the same day and it was such a relief to not have to add that to my plate.
