Review of my Experience
This has been a marvelous experience. It has helped me so much in my personal life and apply it to strengthening my morals and attitudes towards my family and others. I have felt more encouraged and compelled to follow the practices that my therapist has inspired me to do. It gives me a lot of peace and comfort that I’m able to diminish my anxiety.

I love my therapist
I love my therapist. However the email link has not been working well and she has had to send me an alternative link, which is not as good.

Convenient and Effective
My therapist understands my situation and assists me in seeing a new way of viewing the obstacles that come my way. Before all trials seemed fatalistic and now I am learning to see them as obstacles that are able to be overcome.
