My therapist is amazing. I have really appreciated her insights. I like being able to have online sessions.

The company does a good job of sending reminder emails, of sending the links for video conferencing, and they also wend emails to do the depression/anxiety scale before each meeting so that there is a way to measure progress with your therapist. They have a very good list of therapists to accommodate almost anyone, and the current therapist I have is wonderful. Would use again, and would recommend to anyone if your seeking mental health guidance. I use Kaiser as my insurer and they use this company for therapy.

Very good professionals. Punctuality, confidentiality and leadership makes it an accountrable service.

I have a wonderful therapist who listens to me, gives me solid direction, and is not afraid to call me out.

Dimitri was easy to talk with and offered help that was compassionate while not being afraid to challenge my assumptions. The Rula system was easy to use and log on at my convenience.
