I have made incredible strides with Allyson T. as my therapist. Right out of the gate she just "got" me and together we have worked on the way I approach my life and how I interact with the people that I love. I have a whole new outlook on life and day-to-day I feel so grounded and at peace. On the days I am faced with challenges, I approach complications with clarity, trust and patience. It is refreshing, freeing and feels great!
