I've had the same therapist and she's really awesome

I benefit IMMENSELY from weekly therapy
I get to speak with a therapist, and reflect on life for an HOUR a week. I don't even spend an hour a week eating FOOD. I'm in such a rush to get things done, I am only barely taking care of myself. So this is nice.

My therapist understands me
My therapist understands me. She has given me such great guidance. I feel 100% better since the first session. I no longer feel as defeated and have hope for a better future. Because of her help, I feel I can be as happy as I deserve to be.
