love my therapist !!

my therapist Gabrielle is great! she's very attentive, gives relatable feedback, good tips on making changes

Signing up for Rula and getting that first appointment was quick and easy. RULA has excellent skilled therapist. The one thing to be aware of is they tend to leave and go elsewhere. I followed my last therapist to 3 separate agencies until she finally quit. I am pleased with Monica Smith, her wisdom, knowledge in the field and helping me figure it all out.

Rula has helped me with finding a wonderful counselor who understands how important my faith in Jesus Christ is. So with that the goals to getting better are the same and I find that my counselor is just amazing. I feel better every week and Rula helped me find her which eliminated a lot of stress for me.
