The therapist is very understanding and help me cope with my emotions. She has helped me move on little by little from my trauma and I really appreciate the professionalism.

I am very familiar with Zoom, and accessing the meetings have been easier than before.

My therapist is highly qualified to work with my current mental health challenges. Yet she is empathetic while empowering me with better understanding and guidance towards gaining new skills & strategies to better process & heal.

My therapy sessions with Jesse have been excellent. I feel it is a safe space for working through my current issues. I pray that when therapy is done, I will have discovered who I am and have healthy boundaries.

Elizabeth is excellent. I thank GOD for her every day.
