The ease of finding a licensed therapist was incredible. I’ve struggled to find a therapist that was in my insurance network for months but Rula made it so easy. The descriptions and information on the therapists themselves was very helpful and made it easier to choose the best fit for me. My therapist is great. She listens and we work on goals based on my needs. I have been able to process things I was not even aware they were affecting me. The company makes it easy to schedule, cancel, or reschedule. They are very responsive.
