Finally able to get therapy covered by my insurance. My therapist is excellent, I appreciate that I was able to filter through options to find someone that fits well with me. I am extremely happy with Rula and my new therapist.

This app is Very easy to navigate

It is not easy to find a good therapist who is able to show empathy and actually listens. Kaiser has a long way to go when it comes to mental health, but with Rula being linked with Kaiser, My experience has been remarkable since day one

Help me to understand myself as well as the people in the world period. Releasing the stress and knowing that I’m not crazy talking to a neutral party helps tremendously and also finding myself having grace with myself. Has been a nice experience.
