First time doing therapy as an adult and it has been very helpful at improving my ability to communicate with my wife ND have my feelings heard

Scheduling, comfortable with my therapist and navigating the portal to see my therapist was a smooth process. I love the convince of meeting when I am available and being able to talk about issues and still go about my day without without any interruption in my daily schedule.

I love the work I have and will continue to accomplish with my therapist at Rula. Change is not easy. The customer service, the scheduling, everything seems to be great thus far. I am looking forward to continuing my process and highly recommend Rula.

It was an easy process to get started. I loved that I got to choose from therapist with profiles that give details about their personal style along with areas of focus. This really helped narrow down what I needed. As a visual person, I also appreciate the pictures. It makes them feel more like 'real people' opposed to just words on a page. I also felt a little more comfortable/prepared going into my first session without the anticipation of who I would be meeting with. My work with Cynthia & Rulu has been amazing! ♡

Very easy to access sessions and communicate with therapist. Also, great therapist!

Such an easy program to work with. Rula makes it a breeze to find mental health therapists. They verify your insurance, suggests therapists that you make like and set up the virtual appointment for you right there and then. They also provide so many different services such as family therapy, couples therapy and individual therapy all in one place. Highly recommended!
