Great therapist

I had searched for a therapist in the past but met different roadblocks (unavailable therapists, insurance issues, etc) but the process to find and make my first appointment through Rula was so smooth.

I have only been participating for a short period. But as far as now, the website is user friendly with access to help you find your best provider. The notifications the website provides are helpful for those who are not tech savvy because they automatically send you reminder messages of when your next appointment will be. The set up to the profile page is also user friendly, I was also able to contact someone live over the phone for help and that was the icing to this. I am most content these professionals stay on course and schedule to my needs that have been requested. I am looking forward to my ongoing therapy sessions. I hope this ensures the next patient to sign up to these services.

Professional, friendly and listens to me. Customer service is fantastic. Making appointments are very easy. I like my Psycholgist and I will continue what he recommends as I trust him with my life.

The intake coordinator was wonderful. There are a wide variety of times and options to choose from. The clinician was very personable and available.
