Easy access to appointments you're never put on, what seems like an eternity, hold to be told no availability for 3 weeks! You can usually be scheduled in the same week and carry on a standing appointment for "you time" from the comfort of your home. Convenient and consistent therapy makes getting help less stressful. They are prompt with appointment reminders and routine check ins to rate your care experience. I especially like the option of choosing my own provider based on their personal profile and professional background. Im able to tailor my care with a person who matches my personality, cultural background and preferred therapy style. Thank you Rula for an overall great experience!

Had a great first intake appt. Made me feel welcomed and accepted. Asked if I wanted to be called by my name. Overall polite and listened to me.

I have just started therapy with Dr. Cha through Rula. And just with my first session which is more like a meet and greet I feel comfortable in showing my ugly. I feel safe and cared for, and I feel like I am making the right steps in terms of valuing and acknowledging my mental health. I look forward to continuing seeing Dr. Cha through Rula. Not only do am I grateful and hopeful for my future with Rula and Dr. Cha, but with my insurance, I am not paying any ridiculous fees. My copay is very affordable and I know that Rula will work with me and my insurance provider to the best of their abilities.
