This is the absolute worst company I have ever worked with regarding my mental health. They are impossible to get in touch with even when you do they are extremely unhelpful. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone. I have been wrongfully charged multiple times and have will not been able to get these issues resolved.

I spent 5 hours (i had a lot going on) the day before and the day of my appointment with my new psychiatrist, filling out the intake form. However, she "didn't get it" so we had to spend the entire appointment with me telling her all the information, which was a complete waste of my time and money, not to mention upsetting as I had to go back over all my problems TWICE. Additionally, the psychiatrist did not adjust my meds at all, despite me telling her repeatedly that they don't work. She only made an appointment two weeks in the future for "when you need your meds refilled." Not only did this appointment NOT help me, it made my mental health worse and left me feeling like not even MH professionals give a hoot about my MH.

I had MANY issues with Rula and the billing practices at this therapy company. While my interactions with my therapist went very well, Rula was not transparent with their charges. I was back charged for appointments multiple times and found it difficult to resolve these issues with their billing department, which only responds by email and takes 3-5 business days (However, when I left a google review, they responded to the review within an hour but it take almost a week for them to reply to billing concerns.). Although they claimed the issue was with the insurance company, a 3-way call with my insurance suggested otherwise. This added unnecessary stress, which is particularly concerning for a company in the mental health industry. Based on my experience, I DO NOT recommend this company for therapy services.

The psychiatrist is impossible to reach through any means unless you talk to them at the appointment. The billing is very confusing and the support team is not helpful. I have been charged all different amount for appointments and no one at the support team is helping me out. Once the psychiatrist I had made a diagnose she stuck with it even though it is incorrect.

I've been charged for multiple appointments that were canceled ahead of time. I was told I would be contacted back about it but after 2 requests, I cannot get anyone to help me.

I canceled an appointment 6 days before and checked several times to make sure it is canceled due to the frightening cancelation or no show policy of a hundred dollars before you can see a therapist again. Less then 24 hours before my scheduled and canceled appointment the appointment went back on the schedule with no option to cancel and due to 100 dollars cancelation fee. After spending a lot of time calling customer service and being told by the first representative that it shows that I booked it again, and he hung up on me, I called again and I spoke with a nice person who apparently fixed everything revealing to me that it was a system generated appointment, unlike the previous one tried to put it on me so I pay the cancelation fee. I assume it is a trick of them to charge you a cancelation fee, which is very nasty thing to do. I was told that the system does that sometimes and it is expected to happen again. I would leave the platform immediately, but I need to stay because my therapist only takes insurance on this platform. So I am stuck.

We have TWO children receiving mental health services through Rula and we have been unsuccessful, in spite of reaching out several times via email, to have them both under the same parent account. The experience has been frustrating and has made me question the decision to work with Rula.

your portal experience is terrible from an access and authentication perspective. I have made numerous contacts with your support team and my issues still are not resolved. you put all the overhead on me to use your system. I would absolutely NOT recommend rula to anyone. I almost left my therapist because of you and have had to rely on outside tools to schedule and communicate. OMG - I have taken the time to give you a review, submitted and you enrolled me in trustpilot - I want nothing to do with you or trustpilot
