It was easy to find compatible practitioners. I needed both a therapist and someone for medication management, and the people I'm working with are amazing. The prices are incredibly reasonable for me, and I've been pleased with the whole process. I would love it if there was a dedicated app, however!

She makes it very easy to open up and speak on things I would tell no one. Gives me great feed back that helps me thru out the week. It's like I've know her for years. It's just what I needed for this season in my life.

At first I was very skeptical about therapy and opening up to another individual that is a stranger to me and my world. I was incapacitated with a tornado of emotions when I did decide to come. Damaris was such a lovely and empatethic person to meet and talk to. Some people just listen to respond right away with a preconceived idea/retort, she really listens. She takes the time for you to let the emotions explode, you to process, you to feel safe, and then guides you with knowledge and advice. This process helps you grow and be clearer about yourself/your emotions. Therapy is such a good tool, and Rula is the way to go! Better yet, just talk to Damaris!
