The counselor was very helpful, I would recommend her. However Rula was a bit of a nightmare, tech issues, appointment issues, and zoom iasues that made the sessions difficult.

font way too small and faint this form is too restrictive for an accurate account of what's wrong with it. Didn't receive a response for almost a week, could be another system lack of capacity

I had no previous experience with rule.com, (darn autocorrect), so I missed my first zoom meeting with my new doctor. That was because I do not open messages or emails from unknown sources. He had to call me to tell me that the calls were being set up by a third-party, that is rula.com. I don’t know what you can do to fix that, but if he had not called me I would never have known to open the message instead of deleting it. it was important information to have ahead of time. Fortunately, it got cleared up. The calls have gone smoothly since then.

Apparently i had 2 different accounts so they had to be merged together. This caused a lot of frustration. First my appointments were not showing then, my appointment dates were wrong, then the time was wrong for them and then my appointment type was wrong. It FINALLY got fixed thank goodness. Other than that, I feel Rula is going to change my life. I was always under the impression therapy is WAY too expensive so I only went once when I was very young and I just didn’t connect with the therapist and didn’t go. To find out my insurance basically covers therapy brought tears to my eyes. I’m really looking forward to the luxury of being able to speak to somebody virtually and am excited to see if we can breakthrough the hardships I’ve faced in my past and current life.

Cancelled my appointment due to being in the hospital with the flu and was charged $99 for a no show. Even though I sent a message saying why I couldn't make the appointment. I have had an appointment cancelled 2 hours before the time and I didn't get a credit to my account. Kind of a one sided policy. Also, it was too expensive without insurance. My deductible was too high so I couldn't afford $500 per month. That would only add to my list of problems. Wish there was more assistance that could be offered for people struggling financially. Overall, my wife and I really enjoyed the sessions and my provider did an excellent job. I wish I could continue but just going to be too much of a financial burden.

I can see how the automatic scheduling would be convenient for some patients but it is a little frustrating for me. I scheduled one appointment and 2 others were scheduled but without confirmation of my availability. Had I missed those appointments that I didn’t schedule, I would’ve been held to a no show fee, which I don’t think is fair for the patient.

Rula is not a good site, it always redirect you and never allows you to stay signed in so that's not good. Guy is doing a great job.

I didn’t get a feeling of friendliness from her. She seemed kind of distracted from what I was saying. And wanted to focus on my relationship with my wife. I have had head trauma and was in a coma for a long time. (6 months in the hospital). During that time my ex-wife left me and filed for divorce. I was very sick and trying to recover from my head/brain injury. But this trauma wasn’t discussed.
