predatory intentional deception
predatory intentional deception. I had an appointment set up, I join the meeting it has a status that reads waiting on host to join. I wait patiently. It was a 1:00 meeting, at 1:12, provider cancels appointment and im charged $99 for his no show. There's no button to prove you made your appointment other than you attempting to provide any sort of self motivated proof entering the appointment with the expectation of deception is crazy. I would understand if it was at least a 1:15 as there protocol is 15 minutes late he would have the benefit of the doubt that he made an honest mistake and removed the fee as soon as he noticed.. but 12 minutes, early for their protocol means he was fishing for a no show hoping for it wanting it early while I was waiting like a fool in the meeting. this was disgusting fraudulent behavior for a behavioral health company. Now I have to wait with this charge assigned to me while I dispute it. the charge should be automatically removed since i initiated the complaint prior to even qualifying for the charge since he cancelled the appointment so early on. If yall are leaving the charge on me im leaving this negative review up for good. I would consider taking it down if yall did the right thing. holding me in some negative status because of yalls bad practices is wild. I made the appointment then was falsely accused of missing it WHERE IS MY $99 for HIS no show. I SHOWED UP.
