I chose Rula, and while I was initially a bit apprehensive, I found that they have an impressive range of therapists to choose from, and the platform is incredibly user-friendly. I selected Jose, and he has been exceptional—flexible, understanding, and accommodating with multiple options for sessions, including video and phone, even when we experienced disruptions like an earthquake or spotty internet. His bio stood out to me, and he has proven to be an amazing therapist who genuinely listens, offers personalized guidance, and respects me as a person. My experience with Rula has been very positive, largely because I chose the right therapist. If you’re looking for a therapist, Rula provides a variety of options, and I hope you find someone who helps you navigate your challenges and equips you with the tools to succeed and feel comfortable in life.

I really like who they paired me up with she is very intuitive listens to what I have to say and she has me do homework which not a fan of but I know how much it’s going to help me on this journey!! Also I love that my appointments are pre-booked so that I don’t have to worry about remembering!!
