Shelly is patient and understanding a good listener

Kristine has been very helpful in the sessions we've had so far. I like the reminders sent to me email and texts. To nitpick The first time I was going to have the Zoom Meeting I think the email should have a larger bolder font to signify where to click to begin your session. I'm dyslexic and I found in hard to differentiate what I was suppose to do from the rest of the email information. I consider myself to be pretty tech savvy since I'm immersed in tech but even I found that challenging.

I recently had a terrible experience with Kaiser. They were just attempting to mask my symptoms with medicine without working on life style changes.Only medication and lifestyle changes together give you your best chance at success. I feel heard and understood. Picking a Rula doctor is easy. No insurance issues. This had been a lifesaver for me. I tell everyone about Rula and how amazing it is!

I really feel that my provider is guiding me during each session in a positive manner. This makes coming back each time so easy. Working with my PTSD and everything else life brings to the table is a feat and my provider has helped tremendously. I have not found someone so ready and capable to help in the last 3 years and I feel truly Grateful.
