Easy scheduling. Lots of appointment times. Booked appointments for me for future weeks. Typically it’s a struggle to get appointments and more than once a month with most health systems.

This portal has literally saved my life. Being able to connect with my therapist in a setting that is safe and comfortable has made it incredibly easy for me to discuss a treatment plan and help soften my anxiety. The appointment scheduling is easy and so is adjusting appointments like cancellations and rescheduling. The portal also accepts my health insurance which makes it easy to stay on track with appointments and my treatment plan.

Rula has been great from start to finish. Easy access via email for appointment reminders and links to join zoom video calls

Michelle has been amazing to talk to and work with. She gives me a clear idea of things to talk about and helps me to understand how they affect me and those in my life. It’s been an emotional experience but we are working through it together and breaking down a ton of things I had held in for literally decades.
