Therapy can be a challenging journey, and often, you don't have the option to choose your therapist. But with Rula, that's different. You can browse through profiles and find the perfect match, almost like dating. Once you have your initial session and start talking, you’ll feel a sense of relief knowing you're speaking with someone who truly enjoys their work. I’ve experienced therapists with varying personalities that made me question their profession. However, after speaking with my Rula therapist, it’s a night-and-day difference. Not one for reviews but this one deserves it. My husband found Rula for me. While I hate scrolling and scrolling to find something, I just picked the first therapist listed and luckily she was exactly what I needed. She has helped me in so many ways in such a short time. I am 4 sessions in & while I still have a lot of work to do, I have gotten through quite a few hurdles so far. If you’re considering if this could help you, I say take that chance. I am grateful for my husband, my therapist, and Rula for existing .

I really enjoyed using RULA Health. I enjoyed the privacy of your own home. Taking phone with you while going out or town camping.We had a caring couples counselor that helped us a lot. We use the techniques he gave us each day.

I love Rula, I already had 3 sessions with my therapist Elizabeth Himsl and she is amazing. Beth is a great listener and good advice giver. She listens and provides feedback and techniques that will help with whatever you’re going through. I look forward to continue working with her throughout my healing journey. :) Rula staff is amazing as well, prior to having my appointments the staff helped me resolve any issues I had with booking. Very polite and helpful listeners. :)

Company made it very easy to connect with my counselor Candice Muhammed and setting up my insurance and payment for billing was very easy and clear
