I am happy with my therapist but not happy about the connection system since it didn’t work. We had to hang up several times in order to be connected again. Hope you can chose a better option for online appointments which works well without disruptions.

Most amazing and trusting therapist. I felt very comfortable with her, she explained clearly what to expect from her and how we would proceed to get better. Love her techniques.

I thought the therapist was good at describing his approach so that I know what to expect from him and if I think it is compatible with me. Which I do.

My therapist was super nice and understanding. She was able to really listen to what I had to say. She gave me some ideas to think about. This was the first meeting as well. We are going to work on my issues more. But she was very honest with me.

I’ve tried a couple other telehealth platforms like Brightside due to not a lot of counselors in my areas who take my insurance have openings. The issue with these other online telehealth providers, is though counselors were nice, They didn’t ever specialize in different areas that I needed to actually benefit for the therapy. I just got talk therapy that didn’t really have any depth to what I actually needed. I was honestly surprised that through Rula I was able to be connected with a counselor who has a LOT of experience and specializes in the areas I specifically needed and honestly she is wonderful.

I am making great strides in my mental health issues.
