We cannot log in to Rula
We cannot log in to Rula. We have contacted customer support several times and have not heard back. We are receiving services but have not received the zoom invites. Also, there was a mistake in our charges. PLEASE HELP!!!!

Stressful mistakes
Both a therapist and myself asked 2 separate representatives if my insurance allowed me to see said therapist. Both said, “Yes.” After I booked an appt., I got an email telling me she doesn’t take my insurance (SoCal Kaiser/Medicare). Since this was a therapist I was very eager to see and why I chose Rula, I was extremely upset as this had already happened while the agency was PATH. 2) I was able to access the websites provider directory when I first signed up and then couldn’t. I still cannot. A tech was supposed to call me back, never did. I am unable to find my own therapist; a rep has to hand pick some for me to choose from. 3) I get repetitive emails asking for information I have already submitted.

Poor customer service marked by…
Poor customer service marked by inaccurate scheduling resulting in missed appointment and scheduling with the incorrect provider. Once scheduled, I had 3 appointments with a Rula therapist but it was with a provider who was not a good match. She did not appear to practice a satisfactory capacity to reflect, would seem distracted, and was least equipped to provide active listening skills

Poor communication & billing issues
My normal Wednesday appointment was scheduled but I hadn't received my Zoom invitation. I texted my therapist and she informed me that SHE had canceled the appointment. I was suppose to have received an email which I did not. However, five days later when checking my bank account I noticed that Rula charged ME for canceling the appointment ($99). The nice young man was able to reverse the charges. However, I wouldn't see the money back into my account for 5 days. The communication is very poor with Rula.

Terrible
When I had my first session, the clinician did not turn on his camera for the whole Session. I always had to do most of the talking because he wasn’t giving me any guidance. There would be long, awkward silences. The last straw was on the last session. He didn’t have his camera on again and He only said like maybe 20 words or less. Then there was another awkward silence and I said this time I’m gonna let him break the silence. He never said anything and never came back onto the session and so I ended up logging out. He never called me to tell me what happened. He didn’t text. He didn’t email or anything, I am going through a lot and this is the last thing that I need to happen. I was trying to get family therapy for me and my kids and I would ask him so when should the kids jump on and he would say it’s totally up to me everything was totally up to me , he didn’t give me any guidance any direction or any help. He always sounded distracted when the camera was off. This has been the worst therapy experience I’ve ever had.

The key service (provider matching) is absolute garbage
This review is not to disparage the medical professionals that I was matched with via Rula. This review is meant for Rula, the company and essentially search engine, which boasts as it's core business the ability to match you with the perfect medical professional. However, I live in a huge city and I have insurance from a major provider and you expect me to believe there are only 30 options and all of them are Nurses....no Doctors? Garbage.
